CIVIL PARTNERSHIP CEREMONY IN LONDON

My second proper post on my new blog! I promise I will stop counting next time, but I’m still very excited about it! Thank you everyone for your great feedback – means a lot to me!

Hope everyone got to enjoy the snow here in UK over the last couple of days! We all know it might be a bit of a nightmare with trains not going, planes not flying, and everything generally coming to a standstill. But honestly, snow can be enjoyable! Snow fights, snowman, and just that freshness in the air remind me about winters in my home country, where everything is covered with white stuff for 4 or sometimes even 5 months. It also makes everything look bright outside, even at night time!:)

Today I want to share a beautiful Civil Partnership ceremony I second-shot with my friend Antonina Mamzenko of Memories Enclosed last year in May. My own weddings took over at that point, so I never got around to blogging these images.

Apart from helping out my friend, I really enjoyed shooting my first ever civil partnership ceremony! M and V are two wonderful ladies, who have known together for a while, and have gone through thick and thin together.  The whole day was absolutely beautiful and very emotional from start to finish. They got ready together in a hotel in Richmond Park with a few very close friends and family:

Love this intimate moment with mum…

Onto the ceremony and reception venue – Pembroke Lodge in Richmond Park:

I loved every minute of the reception! The speeches had everyone in¬†stitches and then happy tears. The meal was delicious. M and V hired a caricaturist to entertain their guests, and one of the best bands I’ve heard in a long time for the evening dancing!
